You got blogged! How's that for review-a-blog competition slogan? (coined by Migs) "You got blogged" is a project of the awesome Mindanao Bloggers group. All you have you to do is blog about any one of the Mindanao-based blogs listed here and get a chance to win a cool $150! The main objective of the contest is to highlight and promote blogs made by Mindanaoans. This is part of the Mindanao Bloggers Summit to be held here in Davao City in October 27, 2007. If you happen to know a blogger from Mindanao who isn't listed in the directory, by all means ask him or her to register so you can review their blog! Even though you are asked to review only Mindanao blogs, you do not have to be from Mindanao to join. No wait, everyone of all nationalities can join just as long as you do your review in English! To sweeten the deal, check out the prizes: First Prize: $150 Second Prize: $100 Third Prize: $50 Thanks to our dear friend Janette for sponsoring the prizes. She says that depending on the number of entries we receive, those number$$$ could still go up! Please do join in and help us make our summit a successful one!     It's a brilliant idea to have a competition like this, aside from promoting Mindanao, it could be also a venue for all Bloggers coming from Mindanao and the WWW to get to know each other. Don't you think? I already submitted my blog on the Mindanao Directory and in fact, it's been added there. Thanks. (BIG SMILE) And also, I'm interested to participate in the "Review-a-Blog Competition" it's NOT because of the Prizes, I am a strong beleiver that there's something more valuable than money...Information and Friendship. (WiNKS) Suggestion: May be it's good to have a "certification" recognizing bloggers achievement or may be we could make a "Billboard" with his picture..(hahha, just kidding).     I'm wondering why we feel the need to "promote" Mindanao blogs. My real comment is on my blog but I don't know if your blog supports trackbacks so I'm dropping this line just in case.
